Osprey webcam goes live........

FOR THE first time you can now watch live images from the osprey nest at Caerlaverock on the internet via a live webcam at the nest.

Every day from 10am to 5pm the live link can be viewed on the WWT website at http://www.wwt.org.uk/visit-us/caerlaverock/osprey-live-web-cam

It is perfect timing as the reserve awaits the first of the two eggs laid this year to hatch out this week.

Watch the drama unfold at home or come down to the centre to watch some real reality TV on the big screen (pictured right).

WWT Caerlaverock Wetland Centre is open every day from 10am to 5pm and the live images from the osprey nest are beamed to the big screen at the centre between 10am and 4pm.

The Caerlaverock Osprey Project is a joint project with the Wildfowl and Wetlands Trust, Forestry Commission Scotland and Scottish Natural Heritage.
