After the weather obliterated the south card last weekend - the top two clubs will be hoping for some action this weekend.
League leaders Dalbeattie Star travel along the coast to Abbey Vale looking to put some points between themselves and Threave Rovers.
John MacBeth’s Star currently sit level on points with Keith Knox’s Threave but have three games in hand over their arch rivals.
Dalbeattie have won all 12 of their matches in the South of Scotland League this season and will be hoping it’s not unlucky 13 in New Abbey.
Castle Douglas side Threave are not in league action but are due to travel to Dumfries to face Heston Rovers in the semi-final of the South League Cup.
Knox’s men haven’t played since their title hopes blew up at home to St Cuthbert Wanderer’s nearly two weeks ago and they will be hoping to put that 2-1 defeat behind them and reach another cup final for the Meadow Park faithful.
