Club Championship Qualifying

The day of the competition was cold and windy and made scoring difficult. In the first round Tony Rae had an excellent 69 which lead the field by three strokes.

Other leading scores from the first round were 72s from Alistair Scott and Richard Clow and 73 from Andrew Carruthers.

In the second round Tony slipped to a 75. Jamie Robson had a fine 73, Alistair Scott, Richard Clow, Sean Gamble and Ally Cowan all had 74s.

The overall results were: 1 Tony Rae 144; 2 Alistair Scott by (bih) on last 9 of second round 146; 3 Richard Clow 146.

Other leading scores: 153 Jamie Robson and Stuart Garner; 155 Sean Gamble, Mark Green and Andrew Carruthers.
