PULLING no punches Queen of the South secured their first victory in 13 games on Saturday.
The Palmerston side got their long awaited revenge on Dumfermline beating them with a comfortable 2-0 victory at
Paul Burns provided the first goal in the first half goal with an amazing volley-shot into the back of the net.
Stephen Dobbie went onto snatch the second point for the Doonhamers late in the second half to secure the match.
The victory at
Queen of the South have moved up to eighth position while Dumfermline remain in fourth.
