Queens night aid Macmillian Cancer charity

SOME old Queens’ favourites will be back in town on Saturday, September 20 as Bill Leckie and Des McKeown team up once again to host a charity evening in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support.

The event will take the form of a question and answer session with a panel consisting of Queens chairman Davie Rae, skipper Jim Thomson and former Queens man, Des McKeown.

The sharp-witted journalist and raconteur Bill Leckie will field questions from the floor.

Kick-off is at 7.30pm in the upstairs bar at Palmerston. Admission is £5 and there will also be a raffle and auction on the evening.
