Weather hits saturday fixtures

IT WAS no surprise at the weekend when all the Amateur League fixtures were cancelled because of the rain.

The West of Scotland and South of Scotland Cups take centre stage this Saturday. Morton Thistle go to Bishoptown of the Greater Glasgow League in the West Cup while five of our sides fight it out in the South Cup. All cup kick-offs are 1.30pm. In addition, there is one Queens' Trust League match.

Fixtures for November 21:

West of Scotland Cup: Bishoptown v Morton Thistle.

South of Scotland Cup: Lochar Th v Dynamo Star at Jocks Loaning (D McGuffie); Lauder v Upper Annandale; Carluke Hearts v First Base Dynamos; Stewartry v Yetholm (J Thomson)

Queens' Trust League: YMCA v Terregles Ath (S Grier).
