Dog sparks 999 emergency after 'murder' call

A GOLDEN retriever sparked a murder probe after dialling 999.

The pooch managed to phone the emergency operator who heard muffled voices then a male voice saying, 'come out or else, I'm warning you.'

But, as it turns out, the clever mutt had phoned 999 and the voice on the phone was the male owner trying to coax 14-month-old Bailey out from behind the garden shed.
