Tory leader to set out party vision

Newly-elected Scottish Conservative leader Ruth Davidson is to set out her vision for the party in a speech.

Ms Davidson, who replaced Annabel Goldie in November, indicated that for too long the party has struggled to convey what it stands for.

The 32-year-old, who only won a seat at the Scottish Parliament at the Holyrood election in May, is the first overall leader of the party north of the border.
