Gallacher drums up lottery support

TV star Kirsty Gallacher tried her hand at drumming as part of a tour to celebrate the impact National Lottery funding has had in the UK.

The National Lottery's Britain Has Balls tour aims to highlight the £25 million raised by players each week towards good causes.

About 40,000 Lottery grants have been given out across Scotland during the past 15 years, and across the UK £132 million was handed to good causes in the the last year.
