Season of grouse hunting begins
Grouse hunters are to take to Britain's heather moors as the shooting season gets under way.
The "Glorious 12th" begins the season when thousands take to the moors in pursuit of the bird.
Gamekeepers are hoping for a good year for the shooting, pre-season counts suggest the number of red grouse in the UK has increased.
