Footballer speed check inaccurate
A speed check carried out by traffic police against footballer Lee Miller was not accurate, a trial heard.
The Aberdeen and Scotland forward is accused of driving as fast as 120mph on the A90 Aberdeen to Dundee road in March last year.
Aberdeen Sheriff Court heard how two traffic officers in a marked car at the Fourdon junction thought they would not be able to catch up with 26-year-old Miller.
