Monks return to the big world

A group of twenty men who have spent the last four years living in seclusion at a retreat on the Isle of Arran have returned to society. We speak to Martin and Paul at the Sayme Ling Centre in Eskdalemuir, Dumfriesshire, to find out why they took part in the retreat.
